1. Data controller
EdgeLab (Robin Eriksson, Denmark) is the controller of your personal data. Contact: hello@edgelabtrading.com.
2. What we collect
- Newsletter (optional): if you opt in, your email address, until you unsubscribe.
- Purchase data: your email address and order details, to deliver your product and provide support.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage.
3. Legal basis
We process purchase data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal/accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Newsletter processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
4. Processors we use
- MailerLite — email list and newsletter delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage statistics.
These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
5. Retention
We keep order records as long as required by law (accounting rules), and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email us. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
7. Cookies
We keep tracking to a minimum. Strictly necessary cookies make the site work; analytics helps us understand aggregate usage. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
