1. Who we are
EdgeLab ("we", "us") is operated by Robin Eriksson [business form & registered address to be inserted], Denmark. Contact: hello@edgelabtrading.com.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a single-user license to a digital product: backtest source code, robustness reports, and related charts and data for the trading strategies included in your purchase. You may use, study, modify and run them for your own research and trading. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share them.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are handled at checkout where required.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and digital. After successful payment, a secure, time-limited download link is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you. If you do not receive your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Right of withdrawal & refunds
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has been made available, in accordance with EU consumer law.
That said, we want you satisfied. If the product is faulty, not as described, or fails to download, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
6. License restrictions
The license is personal to the purchaser. Sharing download links, uploading the files anywhere public, or reselling the code or reports is a breach of these terms and of copyright.
7. No investment advice
EdgeLab products are educational software and research only. They are not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. See our risk disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeLab is not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from use of our products. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
